No Cavity club

Become a Member Today!

  1. Each child who comes in for a routine cleaning and leaves without cavities is automatically a member of the No Cavity Club!
    Children with cavities will become a member after completion of the entire dental treatment and fluoride application.
  2. The member will have their picture taken and displayed on our “No Cavity Club Hall Of Fame”! With parent permission, the winner will also be featured on the website and social media pages!
  3. Members will be entered into a biannual lucky draw for an awesome grand prize!
  4. Membership is valid for 6 months and will be renewed every 6 months if patient is cavity-free during follow up session of routine cleaning and fluoride application.
